Our induction brazing equipment/induction heating machine is designed with modular type and digital control, with chiller built-in, no need to connect with extra water cooling system, also with wheels, so will be easy for worksite of even short of water or hard-to-reach.
There is one hanger/arm to connect with the HHT, very flexible for working, and can also integrated with the robot arm for automatic production.

Fault code will display and be recorded for reference, and system will recpond with protection action like shutdown once fault occures such as open-loop or short out.

HHT (hand held transformer) & Inductors
HHT is designed with coaxial transformer, for your easy manual manipulation, and also can be integrated into robot arm for automatic production.
Induction coils / inductors (detachable) are easy for assemble and dismantle from HHT, so you can connect with different coil for different workpieces.
Two control keys:
1. trigger: pull to start heating, loose to stop heating;
2. button: lock the trigger (pull the trigger and press the button,heating will be continuous.
